Neptune Auto TransportReviews of neptuneautotransport.com

Julia White was great, she got some one to ship my Japanese mini truck from AZ to Utah very quick and a great price. Would use again.

Neptune Auto Transport was great to work with, they provided me a great rate and were very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you to Julia White who helped me find a great driver to ship my vehicle

Had the best customer service with scott. He explained exactly how the process is and found me a driver asap. saved me from being scammed with another company

After getting my truck back, it was realized the entire hood, and parts of the front side fenders had NEW scratches all over the place. The trucker took before and after photos, and it’s clear as day that they WERE NOT there before/at pickup, but damn sure arrived to me covered jn scratches. Wish to god I could leave photos on a review. To make matters worse, Neptune is now nowhere to be found when it comes to resolving the issues. Ridiculous. Lesson learned I guess for trying to save a few dollars and not using Montway or someone more reputable. Not to mention the truck carrier, Raptor, has awful reviews for miles on the web, yet that’s who Neptune thought would be a good idea to hire for this job? I absolutely implore any customer to avoid Neptune

ELSA LEWIS!! Was awesome! Great customer service !! I appreciate her so much😉

Rose contacted me from the moment I requested a quote and was ready to help guide me and clarify any concerns/questions I had about the entire process! Being a first time car-shipper, I was worried about the legitimacy of the car-shipping company but Neptune Auto Transport did a great job at helping me 1) ease my fears, 2) find a reliable and effective driver, and 3) complete the entire process with ease and promptness. I also want to recognize Osvaldo, the driver, and Marissa, who dispatched him with EAS Logistics INC. They were also very helpful and offered great costumer service. Overall, I would highly recommend using Neptune Auto Transport! For a great price and over the top service, you cannot go wrong!

David got me a truck within 24 hours of asking with a 24 hour delivery date and everybody was on time and it was a great price

Elsa was a great communicator and will try to get you the best deal. Car was picked up on time and delivered when promised with no damages. Will use again if needed.
