Experience with Brad the agent at Neptune was amazing. Very helpful and informative. Gave me an honest estimate and updates throughout the process. Only problem I had was with the truck driver not updating me and coming later than promised (both pick up of vehicle and delivery).

The company delivered my car after a few price changes. The car arrived safe, but a little late.

Diana was great with customer service. There were a couple of issues with the transporter not speaking English and then charging more than originally quoted but my vehicle arrived safely and on time.

The service itself was good but I ended up paying more than I was told. The drivers took great care of my cars but the time of the arrival of my vehicles kept changing.
