I have had problems with auto transport in the past but Joe Greene at Neptune worked very hard to find a transport for my Jeep with no surprises. When issues arose with the pick up and delivery dates or communication issues with driver Joe stepped in to make things right. Joe stayed in communication until my Jeep was safely delivered.

We were very satisfied with Neptune Auto Transport. Sam Davis helps me and my sister throughout the whole process mostly by text messages at our convenience since we both reside in different states across US with different time zones. He made it happen. Car was delivered on time on 12/12/23, the communication between all of us and driver was very good and clear, I definitely recommend them. And will use their service when needed in the future. Thank You much Sam-Neptune Auto Transport Team and Drivers 🙏 Happy Holidays!!! 🎄

The service itself was good but I ended up paying more than I was told. The drivers took great care of my cars but the time of the arrival of my vehicles kept changing.

My experience with Joe Greene at Neptune was awesome! It started with a straight forward phone call and as promised on the call Joe delivered. I will definitely use Neptune again and would not hesitate to recommend Joe Greene!
