Excellent staff. Tony did great job, I appreciate

Great service received Agent Tony was patient and answer all of my questions, no hidden fees. Pick up and delivery was done exactly as described. It was my first experience, I was a bit skeptical at first but he followed up, send me a receipt email. I don’t know if it was a scam or not. Everything was great and he help me find a price range I can afford.

My car made its destination safe. Michael provided someone that did a good job. Michael was helpful as well in getting a good negotiated price for me that was fair and affordable. Michael made my first experience transporting my car a good experience.

When it comes to choosing the right Transport company, it can be nerve racking if you don't know anyone. This was my case. After reading hundreds of reviews, I decided to use the services of Neptune Auto Transport. They may not have been the cheapest, but they certainly were not the most expensive. Either way, it wasn't about the price, it was about getting my vehicle transported from the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area to the Portland, Oregon area, safely...3,200+ miles! I am so glad I chose this company. I dealt with Sam Davis from Neptune from the moment I called them to the second they dropped off my vehicle in Portland. He was fantastic! Never a moment of worry, and all was completed as promised. If you are looking for the right company to Transport your vehicle and need peace of mind throughout, you will not be sorry. I did my due diligence, and you can rest assure that you will be as happy as I am. Thanks Sam!!
