The team was fast and courteous. They worked with me until the design was exactly how I liked it and made it totally within my budget. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for your company and such a great product! And on top of that, Fay was such an incredible representative from your company; attentive, kind, informative, and very knowledgeable! I cannot wait to find another neon signed order after my recent experience! Thank you again for such a wonderful product, incredibly fast shipping, impeccable packaging, and fabulous customer support!! Will absolutely do business with you again!!!

Crystal provided exceptional assistance and promptly responded to all of my requests for changes. Working with her was incredibly smooth and effortless.

After surveying and communicating with about 5 different LED/Neon sign vendors, I decided to go with NeonSigns.com. I just received my new Badlands Band custom sign and it is really blowing me away! I used it at a band show for the first time last night and it’s great, so bright and colorful! Plus it has many more interesting modes of animation and color changing than I was expecting. The development team led by Faye patiently answered all of my questions and gave me a great deal. The shipping from Shanghai to Virginia took only a few days, which also amazed me. I believe this is the only firm in the field right now offering the level of customization that I needed. I would be happy to purchase from them again, don't hesitate! The quality, service and value are all great!

The product was great and as expected. We had a small issue with it, and Crystal helped get it resolved very quickly.
