Crystal and the NeonSigns team worked with us to perfect the directional neon sign we needed to point towards our venue to help customers find us. They made it perfectly, and then were very timely in getting the sign delivered to us. This is not a surprise because NeonSigns has exceeded our hopes and expectations for every sign we have ordered from them, which totals six now. We will continue to use NeonSigns for our needs!

I had great back and forth with the artists and they even made suggestions during the drafting process with visual examples.

Bought on Black Friday as this was the only time prices were acceptable for us. Purchase went very quickly and expedited shipping from Eva which was a nice gesture. Overall the signs seem to be good, have been installed, left to see how long they last, very long hopefully given the price.

My purchase was a Christmas gift. The ordering process was easy, the choices are endless. Once I placed my order I was contacted by Crystal who was in contact with me throughout the process. She made sure that my order was as I expected. Today, I received my order. The care that goes into packaging is amazing. The quality of the item is fantastic. I can’t wait to see my son’s face when he opens his gift. The cherry on top was that Crystal went above and beyond to get my order on time and before Christmas. Your team is amazing! Thank you. Have a wonderful Holiday season.

I love the care that this company, and Crystal specifically, take to make sure things are done right. They deliver mock-ups and have an approval process that makes sure everything will be done to spec. It feels good to work with a business that cares about quality. Good job!
