Super quick and responsive! Turn around time was also super fast

They cannot get product delivered, DHL has lost shipment, NeonSigns acknowledges sign is lost but refuses to issue a refund, had to submit a dispute with credit card company, spoke to 3 agents at this company and all lied, told conflicting stories.

My custom order was exactly as I had hoped! Judy from the Customer Care Team was especially helpful—she shared the proof with me before confirming the order, responded quickly, and answered all of my questions. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great purchase!

Wedding Sign My husband and I ordered a neon sign for our wedding in 2024. We worked with Eva who was fantastic and went above and beyond! We just moved into a house and got a puppy. Our puppy ended up eating part of our remote and we couldn’t use it. When I reached out to inquire about a new remote, Eva was right on it and is sending a brand new dimmer and remote out. Such great customer experience!!!
