NeonSigns.comReviews of neonsigns.com

Great costumer service and communication, good product and fair price!

The customer service Rep Judy was really helpful and provided excellent customer service for my shipment!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eva provided exceptional service! She arranged free expedited shipping, ensuring I received my order just in time for an important content shoot. The pre-production sample photos were accurate and provided before shipping, giving me complete confidence in the quality. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and I truly appreciate the extra effort. Highly recommend working with Eva!

Dealt with Mira for a custom LED "neon" sign, 30"x14", with some stylized text in 3 colours. It was fantastically easy. Mira took my file, sent over a proof, and made the whole process really easy. The sign is perfect. It looks incredible, seems sturdy, and doesn't make a buzzing noise like real neon lights. It also gets VERY bright (like "I need sunglasses indoors" bright), but the remote dimmer works great. Shipping was remarkably quick, and they way they package it is really impressive.

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Lieferung. Top Qualität!

Zero was very helpful and communicative!! I’ve done two orders with them now and was so impressed!!

Eva was great from start to finish. She explained the different products, the creation process and was very helpful as we made changes.

I was looking for a present for a niece and found the website very easy to navigate and order exactly what I wanted, Judy was very helpful and I love the individual care taken with my order
