Hi Catherine, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to address your concerns and provide some clarification. The sign you received was manufactured by our carefully selected partners, who only use high-quality materials. These manufacturers do not offer second-grade materials, ensuring the durability and reliability of the product. If you were to purchase a similar product on the open market, it would be challenging to determine the quality of the LED components or identify a trustworthy supplier. Additionally, all our shipments are managed and tracked through DHL, guaranteeing prompt delivery. By choosing alternative suppliers, you might face extended wait times—up to a month for delivery. In contrast, we committed to delivering your order within 7-8 days, and we ensured it was dispatched before Christmas despite the order being placed later than expected. Furthermore, we provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on our signs, offering peace of mind in the unlikely event of any issues. This level of assurance is unlikely to be available when purchasing from other neon sign makers, particularly from international markets. I hope this information encourages you to reconsider your feedback. We remain committed to delivering the best possible experience to our customers. Kind regards, Vinnie
