Great communication during the sales process and the product is great. If I HAD to find one issue it would be that batteries are not included with the remote.

What made our experience so great was that we had originally submitted a low-resolution logo, and they still created a sign for us. When we reached out about the quality, they sent us a brand-new sign within a week featuring the high-definition logo. Truly an amazing experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are absolutely thrilled with our personalized neon sign from Neon on Demand! The ordering process was smooth, and the sign arrived much faster than expected. It looks exactly like the mock-up we were provided, and the quality is outstanding. The vibrant glow truly brings our company space to life. A special thanks to Vinnie, who did a fantastic job addressing every question and resolving any issues quickly and helpfully. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Neon on Demand to anyone looking for a custom neon sign.

These guys did an incredible job with my order. Did exactly what I asked, and did such a good job that I ordered a second neon sign.

I contacted Neon on demand, looking for a sign for the interior of my shop. They responded promptly, with 2 designs from the brief I'd given. I gave the dimensions of the wall, asking for advice on size, so the sign would not be lost, or look too big. I requested expedited production and delivery- I ordered this at 3pm on a Friday, and took delivery on Tuesday afternoon. My sign is exactly what I asked for, and accurate to the mock up sent. It is fantastic quality- I've seen signs from places such as amazon & they just don't compare! A friendly, fast and professional service, highly recommended. Thank you so much!

This company is great! Their work is custom tailored and high quality. They've made three (3) signs so far and each experience has been great. Highly reccomend!

Very good customer service. Helpful and fast. Very pleased with the bespoke neon light they created based on a photo I sent them.

I couldn’t be happier with our neon sign – it looks absolutely amazing and adds the perfect touch to our event. The quality is top-notch, the colour is perfect, and it really brings the whole vibe together. Delivery was quick, and it was super easy to set up. We’ve had so many compliments on it already! Highly recommend to anyone :)
