The clasp barely stays together the watch Is much thicker It appeared And the face is smaller than expected. Very disappointed. I have other seiko mods that are beautiful.This one not so much.

Lack of communication; I sent multiple emails requesting to return my order within 3 days of receiving my order, but they did not respond to me so I had to initiate a dispute. Over one month has passed and no response, and the 14-day window given to US buyers to return has now passed.

The watch is smaller than I thought looks more like a girls watch. What also made me put that score was because when I tried to change the time or date on the watch the little circle came off then I had to put it back. On top of that I had people from the watch company texting me and emailing me telling me to change my review cause it would affect them. I mean yes they were willing to fix the issue I give them that, but at the end of the day its my review my opinion of the watch I got.

I ordered a watch from Neoluxwatch.com more than three weeks ago. After placing the order, I received no shipping update until I followed up several times by email. When I finally got a response, I was told the order had been delayed due to the July 4th holiday and the weekend. Later, I received a tracking number (LM714341***, but even now it does not work on any tracking platforms like ParcelsApp or 17track. I asked where I was supposed to track it, but no clear answer was given. Instead, I was blamed for allegedly missing an email, which I never received in the first place. I still don’t have my watch, I can’t track the shipment, and I’ve received no proof that the item was actually dispatched. The whole experience has been slow, unclear, and disappointing. If this is not resolved very soon, I will request a chargeback and report the issue to consumer authorities. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend shopping here by so far. I Will uopdage My review if I get my Watch and it is as I expect.

NeoLux Watch & Co makes defective watches and doesn’t honor their 1-year movement warranty! Mine stopped working 5 months after purchase and they ghosted me instead of replacing/refunding. Do not purchase from this shady company!

Update: the watch has completely stopped working. Received the watch the quality was not good. The band was not connected to the watch and it looked like that it was forced in place so there is a gap between the band and the watch. I reached out to the company several times but no luck won’t be buying anything from this company don’t trust them. Update: company asked me to remove my honest review extremely rude this is how they replied to me “ As I said, our message form system has been down so that we did not see your emails.I can bet you can’t find any watch in the market that’s close to our quality with this price. It’s $200 watch not $20,000. ” you have been warned!

Firstly it took longer than expected to arrive and watch looks so fake. I will give 1 put of 10 to them. Even seller not accepting the return he is just running shopify store . Its waste of money they are not returning the money as well. Very very bad quality
