The most atrocious customer service…
The most atrocious customer service i've ever had to encounter. Purchased a watch in December of 2025 for a christmas gift. I had picked out the wrong one by mistake and got it changed the same day. Elizabeth confirmed and changed the order. Few weeks pass by and they send me the wrong one even though I changed it. Forward to now. They still do not want to give me a refund even though it was their mistake. Tell me how that works. POS Company. You're a joke Elizabeth.

They scammed me
Crooks and thieves. 45 days after I ordered and no watch. No way to call them and they don't answer email now that they have my money. JUST SAY NO TO CROOKS.

Terrible watch customer support terrible
Watch doesn’t work. No instructions doesn’t fit I took to a watch shop and they couldn’t make the strap small enough to fit.

This is a absolutely sham company. Why hide IP?
This is a absolutely sham company. They are a Ponzi scam - or Pyramid scam. They are shipping out watches that are returned to the next customer to keep the appearance of being a honest company and not the scam company they are. No customer service. No response to emails. Have requested refund and shipping return with no repsonse. Keep getting same message "we are under maintaince" DO not use or trust this company. They use hidden IP for a reason... they dont want to be found.

Watch was never delivered
Watch was never delivered. They stated the tracking indicated it got "stuck" in delivery. I requested they provide the shipping company and tracking information but they never did. No way of knowing if was ever really sent or not.

Company is a pathetic joke.
Delivered far past date of promised date. Arrived with frozen hands. Customer service is useless, calling it customer service is an insult to real customer service departments. Was sent useless pdf on setting time. Was sent second email video with no sound and also useless. Hands frozen mechanical issue. This company will lie, steal, cheat to get a sale and keep it BUT will not assist in fixing issue. Do not use this company.

Clearly a fake seiko
Clearly a fake seiko, no papers or documents in box. It imeeadiately started misting up and now it has stopped working . Rubbish !

First watch ! Junk !
First, the screwdriver they sent was too big , luckily I have one. This isn’t my first rodeo. Unscrewed a link, links came apart, unbelievable, this shouldn’t happen. Contacted customer service which they are supposed to send a replacement chain and have not heard back from them. Now I’ll have to get it fixed with my own money! I won’t ever use them again! Junk.
