WOW! I am not impressed easily; however, I want your company to know how impressed I am! My 1st impression was just reading your user manual..it was so thorough, detailed and professional. Also, the graphics, attention to details, repetition of important safety information as well as tips for easier use and the method/approach communicating to the user/customer left me without ANY confusion or questions! Secondly, the little extra reference card for pad placement was also a nice touch. Just an extremely well designed, professional user manual. Lastly, the actual device was easy to use. The device sized perfectly and convenient to use. I have zero complaints and I would champion this product to anyone that needs or trying to decide on a TENS unit!
