I ordered it on Amazon. It arrived about 3 hours later. The instructions were straight forward. The unit is very easy to use. It has a lot of different settings depending on what you like and what results you're trying to achieve. My neck and shoulders have been very stiff today. Put it on my traps set it to relax and #7 on the pattern for 20 min. My neck already feels better.
