Awful customer service. Item came with a missing part over a month ago, I’ve still had no resolution and no apology. So I have an expensive tent that I cannot use and I’m still in the same situation after nearly 5 weeks. Email responses from nemo take over a week and are not useful.

Unpleasant customer service and repair
I like the tents, but the customer service is awful. They only communicate by email and website texting, it’s takes forever to tell them what you need, and they don’t communicate what they are doing in regards to repairs.
I tore an entire panel on my 4 season tent. Sent in for repair. Instead of replacing a panel on the fly, they scabbed everything back together with nylon strips. It looks terrible, the seam sealer is already peeling, and they stitched a whole patch into a completely undamaged panel. I can even send it back to get corrected now because TWO panels need replaced now for it to be repaired properly.
Nothing of the repair was communicated with me. An email said they could fix it, and next thing I know I have an invoice for repair. When I received the rain fly, it had been shipped back is a used Amazon Prime box with a return label slapped on it. The whole interaction from beginning to end felt very unprofessional. I have a $600 tent. I want a good repair

Great kit rubbish after sales service.
Bought a not inexpensive but very good collapsible Moonlight chair. One of the internal bungee retainers broke a while back. Despite two enquiries and a chase the only progress in WEEKS is a support ticket.
Good kit let down by awful spares / after sales assistance ….

Impressive customer service
I was missing a 'Jake's Foot' on my 2p Dagger when I set up camp (luckily enough I had another tent with me). Nemo sent me *two* replacements in just a week even though I had informed them there was no rush. Superb customer service.

Outstanding Cuatomer Service
I have a Tensor sleeping pad that keeps my low back and hips from hurting. I was out camping and the Vortex Air bladder sack used to fill it up got a split in it. I looked on line and noticed the lifetime warranty and sent in the required pictures and proof of purchase from REI. They sent me a new one and I didn’t even have to pay for shipping. An amazing product with outstanding Customer service. I am a raving fan and customer for life. Happy camping! Dr John

Outstanding warranty service
This is a review for their warranty fulfillment on a first generation Stargaze Reclining Camp Chair. This chair was about 4 years old when I noticed it was starting to split along 2 of the seams. I was looking for a replacement when my wife (who had gifted me the chair) pointed out the lifetime warranty on Nemo products. I contacted Nemo and, after submitting pictures as evidence of the problem, they agreed to replace the chair with a gift certificate that would cover most of the cost of a new model Stargaze chair. When I asked if they would just sell me the chair itself (as my aluminum frame still worked fine, and replacing just the fabric part would be less expensive), they said that because design changes made that impossible they would add 25% of the cost of a new chair, so that my gift certificate would cover the remainder of the price and I would have a new model Stargaze at new cost to me. KILLER RESPONSE...reminds of the old days of REI and LL Bean warranties! Anyway...they may charge a little more, but the products are all great (we have multiple sleeping bags, a tent, a table, and a duffel), are very well made, very functional. And, if something does fail, they were easy to contact, prompt in their replies (Liz, you're the best!), and you will not beat their warranty service.

Worst customer service ever !
I tried since two weeks contacting customer service. No reply. I also am in contact with my online reseller, which does exactly the same thing trying to get n touch with NEMO. They very communicative and tell me they have not heard back from NEMO !
It's really frustrating that premium brands as Nemo selling > 800€ tents and claiming lifetime warranty do do not take care about their customers. For sure, it's the last time I buy a NEMO tent.

Nemo Hornet 1p tent
I've bought a Nemo Hornet 1p tent around 2021. I'm not really into camping, I'm a backpacker. I always carry it in my backpack (Osprey EXOS 58/Talon 44), as it is so lightweight, so I can go offroad whenever I like. I'm really impressed by its quality, but I also have to admit, that I haven't had a tent, that I can compare it to. I lend it to a friend, who asked me, if I can sell it to him. I'm not sure, how it's durability would be, if you use it every day for a long period, but under my circumstances I haven't had any issue. Maybe it's the best product, that I've bought in the last years. I hardly doubt, that my next tent will also be a NEMO product, but currently I don't have the intention to get a new one, as it still works perfectly.
