I love the audio adapter I ordered, it is very well built and works great. I was a bit bummed because I paid extra for faster shipping (3 business days, if I remember correctly), but I didn't get it for a week, which was a bit of a drag.

I think they did a great job just don’t understand why there is a $5 dollar handling fee as well as shipping Thank you

Hello Kenny Parsons Thank you for your message and for your order. The handling charge is not something we like. While the shipping charges go to actual freight costs, the handling helps cover packaging materials and the expenses of handling smaller orders which do not cover these expenses. This allows us to keep the pricing lower on all of our products. I hope that this helps explain why we have this policy, and we really appreciate you taking the time to contact us. Sincerely Ben

Order arrived correctly, but it did take a while for it to ship. Would probably order from again

Good Product. Could use a little better communication on Shipping of Products.

Exactly what I ordered but I paid for 2 day shipping and I had to wait longer for the package to arrive. Couldn’t find the adapter I needed anywhere else for a good price so I’ll be ordering from here again.

Hi Agata. Thank you for your positive review.

Everything was great, except the first tracking number was incorrect. But a quick response to an email got it sorted out.
