Material was back ordered - spoke with them a couple times and never returned calls as promised. I have been more than patient over the last month, but now frustrated. Probably will not source from them again.

Since you placed this order on Nov. 18, we have expedited this material numerous times with the factory. We are working with unprecedented worldwide product shortages as well as with logistical delays, and strive on a daily basis to minimize their impacts on our customers. We were able to locate some stock that just became available in one of our partner warehouses and we expect to ship your order complete on Thursday Dec 16.
