We are very sorry about the issue with your order in 2021. We did everything possible to work with you and UPS to get the product delivered to you. Unfortunately, the customs regulations in Canada are very strict and they do not allow for any delay in payment of import duties and fees. As a result, the package was abandoned. We have no control over the package once it leaves the US. UPS insists that they attempted to resolve the issue with you and that the time limit passed without any resolution. We have no way to verify exactly what transpired, however we do want to do our best to make up this loss to you. We will offer a 50% on any single order you place with us with in 2023, up to a maximum discount of $250 (not including shipping, duties, or clearance fees). Please call our sales department to place your order using this discount. We sincerely hope that you will use this opportunity to more than make up for the loss on your last order. I have not received my order. I called and talked to someone who told me that my order has not shipped yet. I asked why and their reply was he will get to them may be tomorrow they have to be cleaned up. That was 7 days ago and I have not heard a word about my order my customers are asking me the same question. These are just 4pin XLR connectors.,So I am confused. That’s why a ONE STAR! Dear Mr. Meletio We sincerely apologize for the delay in your order. Although we prepared your order to ship the same day that you placed it, our QC inspection determined that the connectors were not in condition to ship. Apparently, the Switchcraft box had been open and allowed a large amount of dust to accumulate on all of the connectors. We should have contacted you at that moment and asked you to cancel the order. At this point we would like to offer you the option to either wait for our next shipment of Switchcraft connectors to arrive or accept a full refund. We take this very seriously and realize that this has caused an inconvenience to you. Accordingly, we would like to offer you replacement order today of Neutrik NC4MXX connectors at no charge. I will probably return item. Not what I thought I had ordered. I was looking for, and I believe chose the two (2) input, to three (3) output icon on the ordering site. The shipping was fine. The quality of product was fine. The mix-up, perhaps a little of yours, and a little of mine, was the product expected. I need more than just one(1) input to several outputs. I need several ( SEVERAL please !) inputs, to several outputs !! Thanks
