BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not trust the condition ratings on Nellis Auction listings. I purchased multiple items advertised as “New” and “5-Star” condition, only to receive products that were damaged, missing parts, or clearly not as described. As a result, I lost more than $165 on purchases I would never have made had the listings been accurate. To top it off the lack of customer service did it in for me! Now I see the Delran location (Philadelphia), has made a whole new BIG section on returns at end of warehouse! I wonder why?!! Stop lying about your products and list products correctly! Simple! SO BUYER BEWARE!!!

Their website is very difficult to use and requires you to change your password frequently. Changing the password involves a lot of verification emails AND text messages. Their pickup works much smoother than in the beginning when you had to wait in line for hours. But they still have not figured out the basic flaws with the auction format. Not possible to save a search and get alerts when they have the item you need. Almost everything is untested returns so it is often broken so you have to take it back within 7 days. Right now they are immensely popular and people have "auction fever", so prices are through the roof. Often you can buy the same item cheaper on eBay, Aliexpress, Dollar Tree, Amazon or Walmart. I remain a user of Nellis Auction mainly out of habit, it is not really worth the time anymore. You just end up hoarding things you dont really need.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would, but you jave tonput 1 to be able to write. They write that things are brand new in box amd that is false, ordered a few "Brand new, in box, working" items that ened up being broken, Not working. I attempted to reach out for months about returning later than the 1 week due to my work schedule and their times of being open as well as being far away. I sent photos and called and emailed several times, with no answers, responses were automated and this seems extremely fraudulent. I will be sending all my email attempts and phone call attempts to my credit card company for fraud on their part and an attorney if needed. I cannot believe they are allowed to run such a business and not have a phone line customer service one can speak to an actual person nor respond to emails in a timely manner. Do NOT get sucked into this. I warn you! They are thieves! 4.3.2026 to now 6.5.2026

I've written several times regarding the return policy for the Nellis Auction in Dallas and I'm yet to get a reply. All I wanted to know was when does the return start, from the date of purchase or from the date that you pick up your products, no one has responded yet.

It's not nesscessarily Nellis auction, but Legacy bids. Never had a good experience & today was the worst. The girl guiding traffic had a attitude when she told 5 cats to park on the side & let other cars behind us go through the line & they were able to get items first & leave. Then she said to have patience. I wouldn't need patience if she wasn't incompetent at her job. Get her to stop trying to direct traffic in such a idiotic manner. Or have people near the stalls to check people in. I will not be coming back to Legacy. You lost my business FOR SURE!!

Buyer beware, very misleading and incorrect information they label a product. Won an auction for a 7x7 shed said new all parts there. Got it home opened box which had been opened prior. No instructions and after getting a hold of rubbermaid to send me a parts list. After doing an inventory I was missing 7 parts which is for support in the roof and side panels. Rubbermaid said the cost would be 258.00. Nellis offered for me to bring it back and get a refund, one I live a hour away and 2 the box is gone, cut it up on the account recycle pick up was that afternoon. Personally I feel they should refund me the cost of the parts and be done with it.

I have been purchasing for several months at Nellis on Delran PA lately customer service has been a nightmare staff and mangers have attitude. I requested to speak to Ousma the manager he was very nasty to me, he doesn’t respect customers, he walked away mid conversation while I speaking to him. He has no customer service skills , or problem solving skills and missing items. He is not serving the company any good .

I purchased 13 items two weeks ago and had to return 7 items. At the return location I asked two employees for a return receipt. Both denied and I never received my refund. So now I have neither the item nor the funds. What business does that? Only one, Nellis. This auction is nasty. Buyers beware. Nasty business practices. You’re gonna get scr_____d!
