I've been shopping on Nellis since they first started about 11 years ago. I have had over 350 friends employees etc join them. I have been very loyal and appreciated of them until these last 6 months. Over 75% of my items are not as described broken missing pieces defective one item had actual urine one item had so much broken glass inside a box, that I had to go to the hospital to get stitches. Many items sadly we're defective. With that said understandably I had to return many of my items and I never complained about the gas and the frustration with the tape and packing it up. However Nellis auctions wound up red flagging me for high returns and actually suspended my account for I can no longer shop with them anymore. This is their quote unquote hassle-free returns is bullshit. They have the customer do the testing and then when it's defective and you return it you get punished. It's disgusting thankfully there's other auction sites out there 702 auction is my new place to go also Nellisauction is shill bidding the last five seconds of auctions if they don't get the price they want , you get outbid you'll see it listed the next day they took a good thing and they have screwed it up shame on them

This auction is a scam. I bought some items and scheduled a pickup, but something unexpected came up on the day. They didn't refund the money, even though they said it would be returned within 24 hours. I’ve sent several emails, but they simply don’t reply. If you want some advice: don’t buy from them.

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience, and I was never able to purchase anything - Thank GOD, he is watching out for me. I bid on multiple items with a total over $1000. I could not get a payment to go through. My cards are good, but that has no play in it. The system would never even try to charge them. I tried for 3 days to get help. You CANNOT reach a person and there is NO PHONE #, and they will not call you. The emails are answered by automation. They kept asking me for proof of my ID and credit cards, which I sent 3 times, but they kept asking me for them, even though I was told they were received and approved. Finally, I gave up and deleted my account. Thank goodness I decided to read their reviews. Now I am glad their customer service was so horribly bad. I was spared more misery by not being able to make a purchase.

This auction site is a complete shit show, what a joke!!! They misrepresented nearly half of the items that I have won. They show that the items listed are new yet when you get home and open the box there are missing pieces or the item is broken or the electronic items dont work. Their return policy is short, you do get 7 days to return an item, however, several items that I returned that were broken, didn't work at all, or had missing parts were relisted as new! This business is based in Vegas and should investigated, banned and fined! Finally, I returned 4 items and received acknowledgement of the returns but 2 weeks later and numerous emails to them I have yet to receive my refund. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This is an absolute rip-off designed to trick you into overbidding. A $100 item shouldn't cost over $125. Stop letting this company blindly pick your pocket and spread the word so people see exactly how they are getting scammed!!!!!

This place is a clown show. They pay no attention to detail in listing their products. Their listings are fictional at best. Just yesterday I picked up a gas can that had NO SPOUT. LOL Lot's of wasted time spent returning products that don't match descriptions. They intentionally inflate retail pricing to give you the perception you are getting a better deal. I say intentionally because even after reporting the inflated pricing they take ZERO corrective actions. In fact even worse they continue to list the inflated prices across several additional auctions selling the exact same product for weeks listing it at 2X the actual retail price or sometimes worse 15X for a garage door opener keypad. $450+ for a $31 keypad. They could care less about your reports or you as they reply with cut and paste templates and promises of escalating to management with a management response that NEVER happens. They're just money grabbers with no concern for their customers; who lie to their customers. They clearly have zero intention of a taking any corrective action even after almost 50 reports submitted just by me. Lest you think this is from a newbie I have bought hundreds of items there but have significantly scaled back due to their complete lack of anything resembling customer service or professionalism. Lying to customers is never a good business strategy. Neither is willful negligence. RUN AWAY FAR AND FAST

I bid on flashlight then received it and was definitely not the flashlight and random other items stuck in box .
