I don't know how I ever shopped before Need Supply Co! Their customer service is top notch and the quality of their products are unmatched.

Need Supply is one of my go-to shopping sites. From staple seasonal dresses to funky accessories, I always find unique pieces that are one-of-a-kind and are just simply irresistible. The only problem is that I want to buy pretty much everything that I see!!

They carry more obscure brands and you can even buy them at the click of your mouse. Their online business has blossomed into something huge. People buy from this small retailer all over the world. If you can't make it to New York, Paris or London stop at Need Supply and get your hands on the runway look you desire. They even have a great selection of shoes and accessories to complete your look. Walking into this beautifully designed store is retail therapy enough. Don't forget to catch up on the blog. I have been a loyal customer at Need Supply since 2002. For a city like Richmond to have access to the brands and quality of goods that Need has, it's a real treasure. Every time I've wanted to go check out a new brand, item, or just see what's new, the sales team has been on point. Everyone on the floor is super knowledgeable about the products, and definitely tries to help me find exactly what works for me. They know about everything from care instructions to how to go about altering things, and always throw in good recommendations about what to look out for in the future. Most of the companies they carry have a high quality of manufacturing, but they definitely also have good bargains on almost all occasions. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's passing through, or local Richmond residents who are sick of the lack of real shopping options at the county malls.
