A Bit Short Sighted.
Recently revised their return policy to 14 days. In order to "get in line with other retailers". With the number of 1 star reviews showing them shipping the wrong product and more, you think they'd show some leniency on the revised policy. Always get a laugh when stores would rather have a single $100 sale, than a customer for life spending $1,000's over years. The products they stock are NOT unique--- 100 other online retailers with far better policies and customer service to get this stuff from. Shame, because their site is clean-- but I'll just use it to browse, and then buy elsewhere.
