POOR QUALITY AND IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN FOR REFUND My items arrive. I ordered 3 dresses cotton/linen blend (same design different colours) 2 of the dresses are polyester, completely different fabric and had sleeves. The 3rd dress was very poor quality. Chose to return all 3 for a full refund as per the website t&c’s. First response they offered $11 refund and keep the items. I paid $69USD!!I said no I want a full refund and would return the items. They then offered $20 refund and keep the items, I asked again for the return address and a full refund. They then offered $33 refund and keep items. Again I asked for the return address and full refund. They have since stopped responding to my emails.

J'ai commandé 2 robes. Mauvaise qualité de tissu. L'une grandeur large, les bras ne rentraient même pas dans le trou. Le reste de la taille était bien un large mais pas adapté pour le canada. Je n'ai pu retourner pour un remboursement. On m'a offert que 8 USD au total pour les 2 morceaux en me disant de les conserver car ils ne sont pas equipé pour recevoir les retour et ne pourront pas les revendre. Moi non plus, je ne pourrai rien faire avec malheureusement. N'achetez pas leurs vêtements

What a disappointment! If it were only a matter of the sizing being way off, but it was that the items I received looked totally different from what they looked like on line. I like polyester, but this material was absolute crap and the patterns/designs looked like they were printed on. I expected better and will never order from them again- it all went straight to Goodwill!

Another day, another offer of a partial refund. My order was $60. They first offered a partial refund of $11and I could keep the items. Honestly, they are such poor quality that I wouldn’t wear never wear them. The second offer was $26 and again I could keep the items. Their last offer is $35 and I can keep the items or pay to return them to China for a full refund once they receive them. Do they think I have any faith in them at this point. I declined both options and requested a full refund and a prepaid mailing label to return the items. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The quality was terrible around the neck and didn’t fit right. I will never wear the top. I asked to return it ….the company offered me $7 USD to keep the item. Then they offered me $10 USD to keep it. I wanted to return for a full refund of $34.98. Then they said I could return it to China with tracking info. Do not buy from this company….. I also think it might be a scam. Pal Pal isn’t any help in getting my money back either.

This was a terrible experience. Poor quality. Sizing was off. There is no way to return an item. There is no option to give “a no star” rating. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I’m sorry to say that The sizes were running much smaller also unfortunately the quality of the garments was not exactly what I was expecting. A lot of loose threads and just appeared a bit shabby. How may I return these please.KSB In South Carolina

1-518-639-6278 doesn't answer. If I could give it a ZERO I would. Ordered Black XL, got Blue XL. Then order Black L and the sleeve seams were on the outside!! Have tried to contact online but they say my order number is invalid - but it's the correct one that is on their order page! Totally disgusted - poor quality and even poorer customer service.
