Had a very disappointing experience with Needream. I purchased a woman's dress which looked excellent in the online photo. Short cuffed sleeves, neat round neckline, and the fabric looked very soft. However, what I received was just a cheap copy in a thin cheap fabric..... neck facing not sewn in, long plain sleeves which could never look like those on the website, and the colour was cream, not Khaki as I ordered. I was offered $4 USD in compensation..... I objected to that, and all their other small incremental offers, and they said I could only get a full refund ($40.98 USD) if I returned it to China..... which would cost me more than it's worth. Finally, they offered me $20 USD.... that was their final offer. So I took it..... but I am not happy with that company. I see other items that look very nice, but I won't trust Needream again.

Extremely poor / No returns service with an initial offer of $4 for the $39 dress which didn’t fit. After numerous emails, I eventually accepted a $16 refund. I would NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered 3 dresses a size larger than normal, but they were snug. I tried to return them, but they would not send me the return address. I sent numerous emails and got no reply. I sent 2 Facebook messages, received a response asking for my order number which I sent, but then no further communication. It's now past the 14 day return policy. Don't expect responses from customer service or a refund.

Absolute rubbish, not cotton , poorly made and not the colour as well, this is a scam for sure 😤😤😤😤

The dress I ordered was supposed to be premium cotton linen. It was a thin fake synthetic material with a photo printed on it. Ridiculously cheap. Needream created a "shipping delay" which used up the time I would've had to return the item. I couldn't get a response when I emailed them. What added insult to injury is Wells Fargo One Key credit card found in favor of these criminals when I disputed the charge on my credit card for not receiving the item I ordered.

If I could, I would give them no stars. I purchased some clothing from them, but when I tried to follow the instructions to return them, I could not find any way to return. I was directed to Ask an Expert and then directed to Pissed Consumer. With both of them, there was a charge. All I wanted to do was return the clothes that did not fit. Please, please don't fall for this scam. As of this date, I have heard NOTHING from NeeDream on other companies.

I have been trying to get a refund for the clothing that is just not something I would wear. Refund should be $151, they offered $14. Seriously… Horrible company to try to get ahold of. Stay clear.

I first ordered a 2X which is my regular size. It was so small I could barely get my arm on the sleeve. They offered to send me a bigger size for a charge of $10 which I accepted. I ordered size 5X and I couldn’t even close the top. I could not return it due to their policy. The size chart is way off! I would never order from this company again.
