I ordered 2 dresses, which were described on the site as cotton/linen. When they arrived, they are a horrid 100 % polyester, cheap material. I am so very upset and disappointed in the dresses. I have been emailing to request a return and refund. They are offering a 6 USD refund or a 10% coupon. I am requesting a full refund. I do not recommend this company due to their FALSE ADVERTISING, and will NEVER order from here again. I wouldn't even give 1 star, but can't leave a review without a star. Wish I had looked at the honest reviews before ordering from them.

There sizing is wrong I paid $24 95 US. Got wrong size and they offering me $3US refund What a joke Fraud

Very disappointed in product bought 3 shirts and all feel very like synthetic plastic despite the site saying they were a cotton blend. I don't know where the cotton is but its not in the shirts. Using Breast Cancer as a cover as well. Products arrived no receipt and they will not provide you with a return address. Customer Service is very poor and they really don't deserve any stars at all. Can't get a return address out of them and they won't refund. What a scam.

The pieces I ordered did not fit me well, therefore, I decided to return them. My purchase cost USD 65.00. I was offered USD 6.00 reimbursement or a 10% discount coupon and I could keep my items to give to someone else. In reading their return policy I did not see where this was indicated. Return policy not clear. Certainly not good customer service. Will not order from them EVER again.

This company is a scam. Clothes are not even close to pictures. Very cheaply and poorly made of terrible materials, not cotton and linen like their site claims. Sizes are bizarre. They claim to be made in the US but are from china. Takes forever to get to you and they want you to pay to send back to china. The clothes are so bad!

My Needream experience was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. For the following reasons: 1. They do not honor their return policy as stated on the official website. They would provide a return address for a FULL refund. 2. When, after many emails, they offered an option to return items to China. I would pay ALL return expense!! 3. The quality of material for all of my clothing items was very very poor. An example, I could see through the legging material!! 4. I suggest DO NOT order from Needream. Bonnie S.

The dresses I ordered were described as cotton/linen fabric. When I received them they are 100% polyester which is not what I wanted as it's not breathable material for living in the tropics. Could have got similar dresses for way cheaper of Temu.
