I think the goods might still arrive. It has taken longer than I expected.

I love the clothing. But! The lovely plaid shirt was advertised at $19.99 But I was charged $29.99 Also, I was given a code for 30% off but it wasn’t accepted Anyway this can be corrected?

I tried and tried to order more than the 4 items I did manage to get, but every time I added an item it took something off which I had already ordered, so I stuck with the 4 Items I had got.

The order has wrong size. Says small should be size 3XL

Your website is difficult and your coupon codes do not work. Very misleading. Your shipping is way too costly. And no response from my questions asked

I downloaded all my photos, then had to delete about half of them. That took quite awhile, as I had to go through several times. Once I did that, I went to the next step, and the screen went black. I don’t know what happened to them, the file was just gone. So all that time was a big waste. I love the idea of this photo album, but it’s not worth the hassle.

I just placed an order and after paying with my card I Did Not Receive a Confirmation!! Please do Not Use My Card if you didn’t get my order. Thank you. Linda Wolford

Impossible to contact for returns.. My items came without any invoice or paperwork. Wanted to return 2 of 5 items (too small) - sent 2 emails . NO RESPONSE . Still waiting. I love the items I kept & would order again IF they had better customer service.
