Shirt was not the right size and the quality of shirt was not described accurately. Requested return/refund and was denied. This site is a scam - do not use!

DO NOT ORDER FROM NEEDREAM. I purchased $144 clothing. The quality was horrible. Was supposed to be linen, but was polyester. Really cheap clothing from China. You have 2 weeks from the time you receive the items to request a refund. First, you must ask for a return address from them, which you will never get. Their first reply said keep the items and we will send you $10 refund. I continued to request the return address and they then offered me $20. At 2 weeks return period closing, they offered $30. I refused all offers and stated over and over I just wanted to return the items for a full refund. I have not heard from them after The 2 week window closed. They use delay tactics by not responding timely. They have no intention of giving you a refund. It’s been a frustrating and maddening experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM NEEDREAM!

Terrible product. Cheap Chinese jewelry and clothing. Not worth the money or time waiting.

I ordered what looked like a nice piece of jewelry, and it was awful. Very cheap looking, and nothing like the photo on line. It was cheap plastic, and was not worth the price, even at half price. UNBELIEVABLE! THEN, they offered me a refund of THREE DOLLARS for a $65.00 order of two. They were to be gifts, but I could NEVER give them to anyone. They kept refusing a return, and telling me there would be a large bank fee, as well as i needed to send them back to China...and I would not be able to track them. Disputed with PayPal, and they refunded me. DO NOT ORDER from these scammers, and many more of these companies...you will lose.

They sent me the completely wrong item and REFUSE to let me send it back or even give me a REFUND! I have to fight with my credit card company now! Needream has been pressuring me to leave positive feedback to get my refund! The clothes do not look like the picture they show us! The outfit they sent me looks like it was made by 5 year-olds and looks NOTHING like the photo, which was a cute 2 -piece cotton pants set! In person it looks like an what a doctor wears in the O.R.; ill-fitting and UGLY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I ordered an outfit for vacation. The clothes I received were of terrible quality. Not at all as advertised. When I wanted to return the items, there was no customer service other than via email. I explained in my email that I wanted to return the items and they responded by saying I could keep them but would I agree to accepting a$6 refund. I said no I had paid $58.95 for the items and expected that in return. A day later I received an offer for a $12 refund again I declined and offered again to return the items for a full refund. The next day I received an offer for $20. Again I decline stating that I would file a claim with my bank an d that if I didn’t receive the full refund they would be in touch with them. The next response was that as soon as they received the items they would send a full refund but that I was responsible for shipping. I agreed adding a hat the pkg would be sent return receipt. We shall see what happens. Will I ever see my 58.95? Sketchy customer service and garbage clothing.

Just received 2 dresses and tag shows 100% polyester...the only reason I purchased was because it clearly advertised linen /cotton material!! Left a review on their site to try to help future purchasers but it won't post my 1-star rating. They are shady!!
