Dealing with you folks has been a real pleasure for me. I have experienced a couple of small issues (caused by me). Your representative, Travis, has been extremely helpful and professional. Me, being elderly, sometimes I have trouble comprehending what is being explained to me. Travis was very patient with me and made sure I fully understood what he was explaining. Today was the first day of using the Nebro 3.0 hearing aid. We could not get into the video so decided to call Nebroo. I am so glad we did! Jin was our customer service representative. I had an issue with my brand new hearing aids that I caused and the customer service team Rod and his manager Miriam at Nebroo were awesome and very understanding! THey were able to work everything out for me in a very short time and sent me a full replacement at no additional charge. Nebroo ROCKS!
