When I saw this advertise for around $100 I thought OK there’s a generous return policy so with little expectations, I ordered the hearing aid I have medium hearing loss after 45 years working pro producing music. Previously I bought $2800 hearing aids and when I lost that I bought a $1600 hearing aid neither of which I could stand because they didn’t work well. I go to a concert or a meeting and after a few minutes, I’d have to take hearing aids out because they made things worse So these arrived in the mail charge them put them in my ears and to my great surprise they were great. My close friends were talked to me. I’d have to have them repeat things two or three times when I were these, there was no longer necessary, including driving in a car, which is inherently noisy. Very surprised that hearing aids in this price range could be so good. I did call customer service because I was curious about the possibility of getting a model that linked to my iPhone. I was expecting an answer within a month. I got one the next day! I can’t even tell you what they did they were so amazing.

I purchased these in March 2026, I found they did not work for me as I had trouble in loud settings. I was able to contact customer service who provided me 100% refund of my money back. Having the 120 day money back guarantee was what influenced me to buy them initially.

This is un updated review. I had to do some research on if they were having problems with their phones and it comes to find out they were. The hearing aides did not work for me because I have a severe high frequency loss of hearing. They did get hold of me after emailing them, which is the best way to communicate. Maryann called me personally and was very professional in helping me out. I have a friend that has these and he loves his. So it’s just me with the loss I have. Customer service means a lot So thank you Nebroo for all you have done

I tried to get customer service for 4 days…held the line for 30 minutes twice, then was told to leave a message Then I was able to call the priority line and Rebecca answered right away. She answered all my questions and ordered a new charger case for me. She was very courteous and helpful. She had patience with me. I was very pleased with our conversation..She is AWESOME!!

Love the nebroo infinity followed the six week program and it was really helpful to the adjustment of my new hearing aids I'm fully satisfied with the customer service team gail was very helpful with my replacement warranty because unfortunately the left side hearing aid stopped working after 5 months but gail walked me through the process and my replacement hearing aids will be hear in 7 to 10 days thank you nebroo for an amazing product and thank you Gail for all the help

Customer Support was really nice and professional. Marianne (?) Is her name. I was not able to use the earing aides due to an allergic reaction to them but no hassle returns with couple different options. I wish I could of tried the product but service was great

I have not been able to get help and I cannot advance by myself since I cannot handle the domes to start with. Five times I was connected to customer service. Each time I was put on hold. At the end of half an hour waiting on the line, a recording comes on to leave a message and clicks to disconnect. I am totally frustrated. Can I return and get a refund. One accessory, the brush, missing.
