i bought a Pro 2 and experienced feedback problems. I contacted Nedroo to request a refund and after they couldn't resolve the problem they upgraded me to an Infinity BTE at no additional cost. After a week the right aid stoped working. I contacted Nedroo and they agreed to replace it at no cost. That's great service and Shyra was a pleasure to deal with. !

Please read this review! The five stars is for customer service, not for the product. As many others have mentioned, I did have some problems reaching customer service. I filed a charge back with my credit card company and they replied within 2 hours, after several tries by both telephone and email with no response. They have agreed to refund my full purchase price and they do not require me to return the product. As far as the product goes, I am already a hearing aid user and I was wooed by their vox Humana chip which sounded like it might do really well for picking out voices, which is my most difficult task. When the hearing aids arrived I was unable to stop the feedback through any method of volume control, insertion, ear cup size, etc. This review is strictly for their customer service where they gladly are refunding my entire purchase price. If the review were for the product it would be a one star.

I love my Nebroo hearing aids. No background noise, I understand every word and I don’t have to have people repeat what they said. The other day I went to a play and with the easy push button I was able to adjust the sound. The music sounded great and the vocals were amazing too. Thank you for helping me enjoy hearing again.
