Once I reached a person, Kara was outstanding! (If you want to return something, select the option to buy something...they answer right away!) Kara was able to understand my situation and help with my return. She even gave me an option to keep the hearing aides and share them with another. Good option! Kara is amazing!

It seems the company is doing everything well. The initial cost was excellent. I am a 30 year user of hearing aids and as my hearing became worse over time, I was looking for something that was technologically more advanced. Your advertising spoke about clarity and that was what I was seeking. When I called today to send back the ones I bought and pay the extra for the ones with Bluetooth I was greeted by "Tweetie" with the kind offer to send me the Bluetooth version at no cost. Good job you guys!

Very satisfied with these hearing aids. I can hear so much better with them. They are larger than they looked in the picture and are quite visible, but I can hear. I have not had a problem with them falling out of my ear and getting lost. That has been a big problem with my old hearing aids.I recently went out to eat and was able to hear clearly what others were saying. I was so excited! I had one question about my billing but that was promptly and satisfactorily answered.
