Rod in customer service was so helpful…
Rod in customer service was so helpful when I accidentally damaged one of my hearing aids. He arranged a replacement quickly and even checked in later to make sure I received it. Nebroo treats their customer like family.

My mistake
I called about an issue that caused a delay in delivery which was totally my fault but Rod took the issue and resolved it even better than I expected.

I appreciate SINCERE commitment
I highly appreciate true customer service, No Fuzz just Trust their integrity. FOLLOW-UP, NO FUZZ just trust????? The least I could say, I tried to bend over backwards to understand these sales dilemma, but I get it, it is what it is. ALOHA!!! Great customer service!
I am just starting my hear aid journey and was very hopeful for this product. It arrived in a timing manner and looked exactly like ear pods. So charging and using them seemed very familiar. My ears are unusually small so unfortunately, I wasn't able to make this work for me. I reached out to nebroo and they responded back. Marianne was very helpful in finding a resolution. They are a start up company getting great responses. They will do well!!

Great Customer Service

Nebroo Infinity hearing aids
My husband was very pleased with the Nebroo Infinity hearing aids. Not only the fit but also the high quality hearing. He was very amazed by the sounds he could now hear at the start and knowing it will only get better!
