My ears are too small. Nebroo hearing aids did not fix. Purchased May 2, 2026. They graciously made the necessary adjustments to satisfy my request. I’m satisfied with their customer service. Kudos Nebroo and thank you!

Great experience when I reached customer service. They're a fast-growing company (and I work all the time) so it took a while to get synced with customer service. But when I did, really great folks. Thanks!

I have tried several different types of hearing aids both behind the ear and in the ear. These by far are the best I have ever had. They have excellent service that can help you with your problems should you have any. They have discounts that come in handy for your purchase. They have an excellent refund policy should they not work for you.
