Daisy did a very good job of getting this old woman to where I could find my order & tracking numbers. very calm, helpful. Its very frustrating as a older person learning new things. I think it would be just as hard to deal with people all day over phone, but she made it easy!!! I"m looking forward to my new hearing aids.

Great customer service
The hearing aids i ordered did not fit well into my ear and were very uncomfortable to wear. This also caused them to not function properly in clarifying speech heard. When I called to return them during my 120 day trial period, they were very helpful on different things to try, but when that didn't work, they offered me an up grade...I am going to give them a try. CS rep John was very helpful and kind during this whole process. Thank you!

Return defective hearing aid
I was abrasive and the associate was very polite and got me through the whole process of returning a defective hearing aid thank you very much paige was the name of the associate all right we should be ready time was 1:35

Alexander The Great
Alexander has been very helpful from the beginning. He got me to do steps to fix the problem and it worked. Because of my inconveniences between getting in touch with them for couple days. He not only help me fix the problem he also followed up with me on my hearing aids. He is an asset for your company and did excellent customer service.

Great customer service from Amanda
Amanda was courteous and tuned into my issue and understood that i needed to return the aids for a refund. She got right to the point and gave me the info i needed. Amanda made it clear to me that Nebroo desires to care about the customer and meet the customer’s intentions.
