I was not a happy consumer when I first received my hearing aids. They did not work and I tried to reach out to customer support by email and by calling customer support. I was on hold the first time for an hour and gave up. I was furious. I tried to use the hearing aids multiple times to no avail. I finally tried calling customer service again. After 2 hrs a lovely lady named Maria answered and listened to all my complaints. All I really wanted was an address where I could send the hearing aids back and get a refund. After much discussion we deduced the first hearing aids were defective and Maria was able to offer a solution I could agree to. She was sending me another pair and gave me her name and phone number so when they arrived I could call her directly and she would talk me through setting them up. I received the second pair promptly and they work great. My suggestions for improvement would be to make the broken link at help.nebroo.com work, and to hire more agents like Maria K to answer the customer service line quicker.

My previous aids cost over $6,000 and honestly these perform better in everyday situations. The background noise reduction is especially good. I can have a conversation in a busy room without struggling to focus on the speaker.
