My Nebroo hearing aids work very well most of the time. Occasionally at the highest volume setting there is a tiny bit of feedback but it is easy to manage by adjusting the volume. Customer service was helpful and friendly.

The rep was very patient with me and walked through the steps needed and in the end a replacement is being shipped out. I love these hearing aids I can understand and don't have to say huh repeat that or anything the sound is perfect. I give 5 stars as these are the real deal.

Sheila was very understanding and listened patiently to my problem. She offered me a chance to try the over the ear aids, since the in the ear did not fit properly. I will try whatever is available to help me to hear better. I am anxious to try the different style. Sheila really was so understanding, and that is greatly appreciated.
