I have slight hearing loss and find it difficult to hear the TV at a level most can hear and I have difficulty in hearing people that speak softly. I tried the in ear aids and found them to work great for listening to the TV but normal conversations were to loud even on the low volume. I reached out to Nebroo and there customer service offered an upgrade at no additional cost. I'm in the process of waiting for them to arrive and hoping they do what I'm looking for. So far dealing with them has been excellent!

My mother is 79 with arthritis in her fingers and huge frustration over her hearing loss. Your rep, Larry, recommended trying their behind the ear model instead due to her inability to use the smaller devices by herself.
