Larry was extremely patient and listened closely to my concerns. He quickly resolved my issue, answered my additional questions and provided valuable tips to assist me with my initial and continued use of the Nebroo hearing aids. Even though I am beyond the time frame for initial use of the aids he was no less helpful than if it had been the date I received them. I look forward to continued support, where warranted, from Larry.
