I had called earlier to get a return authorization and there was some miscommunication with the guy I had spoken with about the return amount which made me call back again. Jenie took the call and was apologetic for the miscommunication and was very professional and very quick to handle the issue and clear all things up. She was very friendly and I enjoyed my conversation with her!
