My initial interaction with the company through the website was frustrating, compounded by difficulty in reaching them via phone. When their representative, Karl, reached out he was professional and did his best to “make it right” — including providing the product I initially attempted to purchase. They made a concession and won my support. I applaud Karl’s professionalism and courtesy
