I accidentally placed an incorrect order -- after hours on Friday,so it couldn't be corrected until the following Monday. Totally my fault. Charlotte, and later on Karl, went to work to make everything right. I had a couple notes from Karl, who was exceptionally understanding. He solved my problem very sympathetically and to my great satisfaction. I would rate his help A+. Karl's a true Customer Service Professional. Please give him a raise!

Great customer service! I ordered a set of Nebroo aids. Had trouble receiving them — I spoke with Karl my customer service representative- he got on it right away and he kept me informed of every issue that occurred. Very pleased with his help and before I knew it I had my new pair delivered in just a few days! Thank you Karl for your great service!!!

Finally I could communicate my concerns and have them be addressed. Secondly, a new option of behind the ear hearing aids was offered as an alternative. This is satisfactory progress!

My experience was great because customer rep was polite. He was also patient and helpful. He sent me a video so could determine if I was trying to put the cover on the hearing aid correctly. He went above and beyond to assist me today.

I just called customer support for my nebroo hearing aids. The agents name was Gail and she was very supportive and knowledgeable in her job. I have had three pairs of these aids over the years ,and can only say good things about them. They are perfect right out of the box. I call them my life line as I simply cannot function at home or at work without them.i wasnt even sure my warranty was still in effect when I called. Gail looked it up very quickly and I snapped a photo( Which she assisted with) sent it off, and a brand new pair are on their way to me. Not many guarantees are that good these days. I highly recommend these to anyone who can or CAN'T afford a$3000 pair of hearing aids! They are my hearing life line. Thanks nebroo.
