I was having trouble with my hearing…
I was having trouble with my hearing aids. They could not get them to work properly so they upgraded me to a better one. Person was very polite and helpful

Mark made my experience with Nebroo and Canada extremely rewarding.
Any time a company like Nebroo and its Representative, Mark, can turn a negative into a positive, it earns a 5-star rating as I am giving. Mark represented the best in Nebroo with his professional willingness to work with the customer instead of against. I ordered and received Nebroo hearing aids but in that timeframe, my old Signia aids were successfully 'repaired' by my Audiologist and I had no more need for the Nebroo. Mark worked with me with understanding to help me return the unopened, untried Nebroo aids back to Canada. He represented Nebroo with professionalism and Canada's famous rich culture of good will and tradition of getting along with others who are neighbors. My first experience with Nebroo and Canada was extremely rewarding.

Travis helped me troubleshoot an issue…
Travis helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with the volume and he was so patient and thorough. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working. The hearing aids are excellent and the service is second to none.

Unfortunately this model did not work…
Unfortunately this model did not work for me. I am going to try a different model. The customer service is great and Marcuz was very helpful. You have a good product and thank you for the great customer service and support.
