Nebroo excellent product & customer service!
The shipping packaging was 5 star, the equipment in the beautiful box was also well made and excellent. However after trying out the hearing aids using smaller & smaller ear pieces. I wasn't happy the way they sat and looked on me. I called the company and received a phone call from Abby who was wonderful. After listening to my experience Abby expained a lot of information about the company and how I could use them for a few more weeks to decide if I want to keep them and if I still wanted to return them some excellent options. Abby was so knowledgeable not pushy. I said thank you for explaining everything I just want to return them. I appreciate the way you're explaining everything however I wouldn't be comfortable wearing them a few more weeks. There was no pressure and some of the options showed how this company truly cares about its customers as well as helping other people.
