Normally, when one returns a product. there are so many hoops to go through. Also, I was expecting an upsell. Instead, I spoke to a very lovely woman, Amanda, who did an excellent job getting to the point and actually processing the return to my satisfaction. An email was sent immediately so I could verify the refund. What a very pleasant experience!

I kind of jumped the gun. I ordered a pair of aids and then found out my son had bought me a set also. I asked how to get them back and get a refund. Sheila helped me with that service. She was kind and very patient. Sheila worked with me the whole way to resolution. I’d say she is an exceptional customer service person. She is lovely to work with.
