This is my second review. I sent an email about the price discrepancy, to my surprise and extreme satisfaction. They refunded thr over price $30! And the did it within 20 hours. Then I recieved a followup text, wanting to make it right ! I recieved the hearing aids 2 days later and I have been using them, by the 6 weeks method and they have been very helpful.

Daisy has been wonderful to work with. I rated Nebroo 5 stars but she deserved higher than that. I have purchased approximately 7 aides for my family and friends and they are amazing. In every instance that I have had the need for assistance, they have never failed me or my expectations. I highly recommend them.

By my own oversight, I failed to follow through on a return request until 3 days after expiration of the 120-day return window that starts with arrival of the hearing aid. I had first called well within the period in order to get the necessary return approval, but hung up after I had been waiting more than 40 minutes. I l could have tried calling again or contacting Nebroo by email, but I did not call back until 123 days after receipt of my hearing. This time I called twice and after (only) a 25 minute wait was connected to a Nebroo rep. Andrew the agent who handled my late request was extremely courteous and intelligent. He attempted the arduous task of getting an extension of the return window on my behalf. Unfortunately his superiors would not approve a full $99 refund, but instead extended a refund of $30 which I am expecting to be credited in the near future. Andrew is an extraordinarily fine young man and a great representative for this company.

The lady Amanda was very helpful. She listened to explain Mr problem and very happy to help. She was able to get my problem solved and taken care of. She very pleasant and efficient. I appreciate her so much. As I am 70 years old and trying to keep my job before AI takes over. Thx so much for all ur help
