They fit well, sound is a little tingy but when I turn on the induction range I get an unbearable static noise. Any advice?

Getting the total run around trying to return these. They don’t answer the phone, and email answers string you along for days. Haven’t been able to get a return shipping label for over a week. This company is a scam operation and I don’t recommend you waste your money. Update-once they got my review, they contacted me and issued a full refund. They apologized for their poor service and made it right by processing the refund promptly.

I have been wearing hearing aid for a long time and since I was due for an upgrade I decided to give these a try, what a mistake. I tried everything but all that I got from these was grinding and feedback sounds. I have tried 3 phone calls and sat on hold for an hour only to be told to leave a message and then disconnected. I left messages with no response. I have also sent 2 emails again with no response. Well after posting the original review I have been contacted numerous times with a full refund, apologies and a free upgrade to their newest hearing aids. I haven't received them yet so I can't review them, but they seem to be trying to serve their customers with their hearing issues. While not as good as my $4000 hearing aids there better infinity aids are fairly comfortable and do definitely help hearing, they have 6 volume settings and 4 variations to select. If you're on a budget and need help with your hearing the Infinity are definitely worth trying.

Following the return instructions on Nebroo"s web site, I talked with Mark at customer service. After discussion about the return must be by USPS not UPS or other shipping methods he offered a full refund. I wanted to use UPS because they offer packaging which USPS does not, Nothing in the re turn instructions does it say return must be by USPS only. The aids were easy to try and worked fine, just not strong enough for my hearing loss.

After several calls in writing this review writing a negative review I finally got a response. They refunded my total charge and told me to give the hearing aids to someone who needs them so I’m satisfied. John Harmon

The nebroo hearing aids i received were not comparable with my small ear canals despite trying the smallest "do es" as directed. I have been trying to obtain a RMA refund for 1 month. tried numerous times calling nebroo. But always routed to hold with no one answering. On hold for 1 hour only to have them drop the call. Have emailed several times, only to get "sorry for the inconvenience " reply. I have madit clear that I want refund, as their advertising promised, with no success. I will keep you posted here on how it turns out I finally received a full reimbursement from. Nebroo after many emails asking for a RMA. Just keep asking. 7/13/26

I was VERY excited to purchase these hearing aids. I bought the package and most of the extras. I had some issues with them fitting my ear. A few weeks later they sent me another set upgraded. I guess my hearing isn't as bad as I suspected because the volume at the lowest setting was still too loud. I did have to jumps some hoops to arrange a solution. The head of customer service, MaryAnne, gave me a call and we worked things out. There were some issues getting through to customer service as the company grows. They tell me they are working to add more phone staff. Eventually tho the company did help me with my issues. Looking forward to this company catching staff up with sales volume in the future. This is a follow up on my recent review for Nebroo. Since my original review I was contacted by a representative from Nebroo, which by the way shocked me because prior communication with them was nonexistent. We discussed the lack of communication, the return shipping policy, and the deceitful selling and return refunds. She was very apologetic and stated they were a new company and were still getting things set up. She acknowledged problems with the phone calls and emails. All the other problems with returns with USPS, the cost of returns to Canada and negotiating the refund amount would be discussed at a their monthly meetings. No real solutions offered just it would be addressed. She did acknowledge the fact that they were causing hardship for seniors with their policies. After a long discussion with suggestions and how they can do so much better and not scam people, I was offered a full refund and told to donate the product to someone in need. In 3 business days my account was refunded which I really appreciated. I still cannot wholeheartedly give them 5 stars until alot of changes are made, but I did give them 3 stars for refunding so quickly and making an effort to discuss all this with me. I wish them the best in their endeavors and hope this was a beneficial learning experience.
