Well for starters
Well for starters, the lady who answered my call was very friendly and helpful. And I understand customer service in a way the average person does not, Having been involved in that job function for almost 30 years. So YES she is suppossed to be friendly & helpful. It just wasn't the "fake smile walmart cashier" kind of friendly. It seemed genuine, like the lady was talking to an old friend that she had not seen in a long time!
