I tried email and online chat before calling to little avail. After a 1/2 hr hold I did reach a service representative who was very helpful. I gave him the service request # which he reviewed quickly so I did not have to tell my whole story and then he quickly resolved my issue. He also spoke clearly so I could hear/understand everything he said. Above and beyond service experience! Thank you.

Ms. Maria Klhea was most helpful and understood her product and the software that supports it. most important she understood the software that drives my cell phone and was able to walk me through the process of correctly connect the hearing aids. She even called me back when the phone dropped the call and we were able to correct my problems. it is not Ms Klhea fault that Nebroo customer service is a joke. Three times I was informed by email that someone would call to provide support. I was asked to give them a schedule for them to call me, which I did. I gave them7 different days when they could call. That Never happened. Their emails paid lip service to customer support and I had to call them myself and wait on the phone for over 3 hours on three different calls (1 hour each) to reach Ms Klhea. She was on the switchboard and and had to look up my account. things went very well from there.

I truly disappointed that I couldn't use the hearing aids. My hearing problems went beyond hearing aids. But, I wanted to commend Jenie for her professionalism but more so her friendly and helpful way she handled my situation. She kindly worked with me and gave me generous alternatives.
