The volume control is simple to use which matters to me at my age. I don't want complicated gadgets. Nebroo is easy to operate and works exactly as advertised. Customer service is also very good when you do have a question.

The customer service team was so supportive when I could not figure out the app. They sent me a video guide and then followed up with a call to make sure I had watched it and understood everything. That kind of follow-through is rare.

I wished to return my hearing aids, within the 100 days return.. The sound quality and the fit were unacceptable. I gave them the six week try, to no avail. Amanda answered my call, and by the time we ended, I decided to take the $68.90 refund amount rather than returning them.
Response from NebrooOct 16, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the sound quality and fit of the hearing aids didn’t meet your expectations, even after giving them a fair trial. However, we’re glad Amanda was able to speak with you, discuss your options, and help you reach a decision that worked for you. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with her. We appreciate you giving Nebroo a try and taking the time to share your experience. ❤️

I wasn't certain I would actually get a call back with assistance to send the product back for a refund. Amanda was wonderful. She explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure talking to her, she wasn't pushing in any way to get me to change my mind. She did ask but, when I said no, she was still extremely nice. If all customer service agents where like her, buying products online would never be stressful. Thank You.

I attended my granddaughter's piano recital last weekend and I could hear every single note clearly. With my old hearing aids I would have struggled the whole time. These Nebroo aids are simply wonderful and well worth every penny.

Tine picked up the phone within the first two rings! Amazing! Walked me through all the different options. Ask me very detailed questions about the product. Was very helpful. And the return process has been very easy. I will definitely try their newer version
