Christine helped me
Christine helped me when I lost one of my hearing aids and needed a replacement. She was so understanding and helped me through the process quickly. I was back to hearing clearly within the week. Excellent company with excellent people.

Larry has been very helpful and patient giving me his advice about the use of my hearing aids. He took the time I needed and made sure I understood what he was explaining to me.

An alternative is possible?
Very pleased with the possibility of a different kind and anxious to try them. Customer service was excellent. Reg listened to my concerns and an alternative I was going to try. Not in the ear….at the end of the bow of your glasses. This new device sounds interesting and I’m anxious to receive it and try it.

Marc helped me when I was about to…
Marc helped me when I was about to cancel my order. He explained the Bluetooth features so clearly that I decided to keep the hearing aids and try them properly. I am very glad he took the time. They have been wonderful.
